Social gaming world MoiPal produced by Ironstar Helsinki takes an important step towards international growth by publishing MoiPal Facebook application.

“In Finland MoiPal has achieved a solid position with 200 000 registered users. Now we feel it is a good time to launch Moipal also in Facebook”, says Joakim Achren and continues: “We have followed Facebook’s development as social gaming platform and are very excited about this opportunity”.

Ironstar also modifies its management structure as of 28th of September, 2009. Founder Joakim Achren has been appointed to be responsible of Moipal service and its technical implementation. Tiina Zilliacus has been appointed as CEO of the company driving its business expansion. Tiina brings with her to MoiPal diverse experience from consumer services business and digital sales. Before Ironstar, Tiina was CEO of digital service design agency Creanor. Prior to that, Tiina was Acting CEO of Apaja Online Entertainment producing Playray, started Nokia Online Shops in Europe while at Nokia, and was a member of the founding team of Sonera Zed, selling mobile value added services internationally.

“Whole team is very excited to get Tiina on board”, says Joakim, “Her experience from various types of consumer services is really valuable to us and personally I am also looking forward to working together with her to grow MoiPal even further”.
